A fitness program perfect for anyone looking for a safe return to exercise and suited to ALL Mumma's out there.

A beginner type session where we will work on increasing deep core/pelvic floor strength and overall body strength.
This session is not only for new Mummas looking to recover from childbirth but but for anyone looking at a 'safe return to exercise' wether thats from injury or a long hiatus;-) 

Baby/kid/pram friendly session.

Our mission is to rebuild from the inside out and only train to your weakest link.

Mummas, your 6 week check up is NOT enough and we strongly advice you see a Women's Health Physio, they literally are our 'eyes on the inside'. Bec Clayton or Courtney Payne are our go to in Margaret River.

Janet prides herself in taking care of all her clients to ensure they exercise safely with options always being provided to meet individual needs.

Many women suffer daily with back pain or bladder leakage, whilst this is common, it is NOT normal and it certainly isn't your 'new normal'!
Taking this time now to 're-set' your attitude towards what exercise is truly about and it will see you so much stronger physically and more importantly, mentally.
