This session is 100% cardio conditioning.

Have you heard of HYROX??? 
A new 'fitness racing' event that has taken the world by storm, some of us have signed up for the HYROX event that's hitting Perth in September (its not too late to take a look).

This session is not just for HYROX people though, if you want to add a little huffy puffy into your week over the cooler/wetter months as its hard to get out for a run/bike ride then this ones for you.

Hyrox is based around the following:
Ski Erg, Rower, Running, Sled Pushes, Sled Rope Pulls, Wall Balls, Burpee Broad Jumps, Farmers Carries and Travel Lunges.

A typical session will see a high intensity circuit incorporating (but not limited to) the above movements.
Numbers are strictly limited and I will be working right alongside you.
