This session focuses on mostly single limb exercises to challenge your balance and stability through your legs, hips, core and shoulders. 

If you've ever been told you need some 'strength work' in your life by a physio, coach or health professional, then this is the perfect session for you. 
A must for all you runners, swimmers or the everyday person trying to stay injury free.
