Please be advised that Cancellations for our Group Classes can be made up to 1hr before a scheduled session via your reservation confirmation email or the 'My Reservations' section of your account. Cancellations after this time or No Shows, will be deducted off your session card.

Cancellations for PT on Demand sessions can be made up to 12hrs prior to your scheduled time. Late cancellations may forfeit the offering of a makeup session.
