Learn all the cool tricks of the parkour and free running world with our very own Parkour Practitioner - Will, developing your lower body strength, power and agility.
Along with mastering the art of Parkour we'll introducing hanging and swinging elements/obstacles to ensure you keep that awesome monkey strength you were born with.
