One of our 'specialised' classes on the timetable.  Due to high demand, you must have an active pass to book this session.

Strength training targeted to improve your running efficiency, reduce injury and work on your weaknesses.
Janet draws from her 20+ years as an athlete from many disciplines, 18+ yrs in the fitness industry and Accredited Running Coach skills to bring you a session that works on ALL the 1%ers!!!
