Our Cardio HIIT session is blended with simple BOXING combinations to make a great full body cardio workout, keeping everyone happy in their style of cardio.
Please note there is options if you choose not to do the boxing sets.
 
All fitness levels are catered for and I can guarantee all of you will  walk away from this one feeling 100% energised!
